Additional information about rental rates

• Reductions available for short breaks out of season or for two or more consecutive weeks. Please enquire with requested dates.
• Payment is preferred by cheque or internet bank transfer although paypal payments are accepted subject to a 3.5 % charge.
• A refundable deposit of 50% (10% non refundable) confirms your booking with the balance payable 4 weeks before arrival.
• A housekeeping deposit of £250 is required with final payment - this will be returned on day of departure or within 7 days (subject to checks). If preferred the deposit can be in form of a copy of credit card imprint upon arrival (similar to car hire companies)
